| Penerangan CU | DMA NRW level counter measure proposal is a propose programme to improve NRW level for each DMA. The counter measure programme such as pressure management programme, meter management programme, pipe rehabilitation and pipe replacement programme will take time and costly. If economic skill of continuing maintenance works is not worth it, NRW counter measures program can be proposed to superior to overcome the problem. The person who is competent in NRW counter measures proposal shall be able to confirm DMA NRW level, check DMA NRW history and propose NRW counter measure The outcome of this competency is to improve long term DMA NRW level according to NRW requirement.
