| Penerangan CU | NRW step test operation control is a preparation and supervision activity of step test operation. The step test activities must plan properly. Consumer must be informed for water interruption notice within relevant time before the test takes place and should be completed successfully within estimated duration time to avoid complaint and water wasted. The person who is competent in NRW step test operation control shall be able to check step test preparation, check step test execution performance and prepare step test report The outcome of this competency is to determine location of water leakage within estimated duration time and reduce water wasted by effective supervision according to NRW requirement.
