| Penerangan CU | Under Water Services Industry Act (WSIA) 655, Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) is a regulated body that have an authority to take legal action for illegal water tapping. To proceed with the case, SPAN need complete report and evidence from water operator. The person who is competent in illegal consumption report preparation shall be able to assess suspicious water meter investigation result, assess illegal connection investigation result and prepare commercial loss report according to SPAN requirement The outcome of this competency is to submit comprehansive report to SPAN regarding illegal connection and water meter tapping in water system for legal action by SPAN according to Water Services Industry Act (WASIA) 655.
