| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation Installation describes the competency required for selection, determination and installation of instruments or control system for the water pressure, level, flow and water quality treatment process of water supply operation. This competency unit is important to ensure instruments and control systems are installed according to the desired requirement and to perform its functions as designed. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare instrumentation system installation work requirement, perform instrument installation, perform control system installation and validate installation record. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that instrument and control system installation are performed in accordance with Operational & Maintenance (O & M) specifications to meet workplace and safety guidelines. |
