| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation Corrective Maintenance describes the competency required to interpret, determine, isolate and rectify a fault so that the failed instrument or control system can be restored to an operational conditions after failure detection. This competency unit is important to ensure damaged or failed instruments and control systems are able to either troubleshoots, repair, service, replace and put back to service as soon as possible to avoid any interruption to water supply operations. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare corrective maintenance work requirement, troubleshoot instrumentation system failure, perform corrective maintenance work and prepare corrective maintenance record. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that instrument and control system corrective maintenance are performed to proper working order in accordance with O & M manual specifications to meet workplace and safety guidelines. |
