| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation Project Management involves in planning, budgeting, monitoring and documentations of the specific project to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. The person who is competent in the CU shall be able to finalise instrumentation project scope, create instrumentation project communication matrix, establish instrumentation project quality plan, establish instrumentation project manpower requirements, establish instrumentation project budget, confirm instrumentation project time requirement and perform instrumentation project evaluation. The goal and outcome of having the competency unit is to ensure project is monitored according to requirement and completed on time. |
