| Penerangan CU | Housekeeping Quality Inspections is the process of supervising housekeeping section staff to ensure housekeeping section performance activities identified, checked and verified. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform guest room quality inspection, public area quality inspection, inspect laundry & linen services operation standards, inspect hygiene, safety practise, pest control & waste management and prepare housekeeping inspection report in accordance with hygiene guidelines and safety and security procedure. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the quality of rooms, public area, laundry and linen are continuously and cost effectively maintained in accordance with organization standard and regulation. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure the quality of rooms, public area, laundry and linen are continuously and cost effectively maintained in accordance with organization’s standard and regulations. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees shall be able to: 1. Perform guest room quality inspection. 2. Perform public area quality inspection. 3. Inspect laundry & linen services operation standards. 4. Inspect hygiene, safety practise, pest control & waste management. 5. Prepare housekeeping inspection report. |
