| Penerangan CU | Horse handling is to ensure the right approaching technique is used to avoid any dangers from the horse. Person in charge should handle the horse carefully in any activities performed and make sure it’s tie up well. Safety equipment including helmet and boots should be used for protection from any injuries. The person who is competent in horse handling activities shall be able to identify horse handling requirement, prepare horse handling and horse care tools and material, perform horse catching activity in stable, perform horse handling technique, perform horse leading activities, perform horse securing, perform horse turn out activities in paddock, perform horse catching activities in paddock and perform horse care activities in accordance with horse handling procedure. The outcome of this competency is to ensure safety to both horse and operator in any activities performed. Horse handling activities are carried out according to horse handling requirement. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to provide an effective horse handling and horse care activities in order to ensure the safety to both horse and operator.
