The provision/delivery and distribution of the technical resources is also emphasised so that the project runs according to schedule. The person who is competent in Electrical Project Technical Resources Coordination shall be able to arrange technical resources procurement, confirm technical resources delivery and allocate technical resources according to required project specifications. The outcome of this competency is the optimised allocation of electrical project technical resources according to project requirements, project budget and schedule. |
