The person who is competent in Electrical Project Manpower Coordination shall be able to delegate electrical project installation project tasks, maintain number of workers and communicate project progress update to project planner according to organisation standard operating procedures and policies. The outcome of this competency is the effective provision of electrical project manpower and delegation of electrical project activities according to project requirements and within project schedule. |
