The person who is competent in Electrical Project Resources Management shall be able to determine electrical project vendor selection, conduct arrangement of electrical project project resources and verify electrical project resource utilisation. The outcome of this competency is the effective management of project resources from the onset of the project until project completion to ensure their availability and utilisation are within project budget and schedule timeline. |
