Penerangan CU | Kitchen Utensils Cleaning & Sanitation describes the competency in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen utensils by cleaning, sanitising and drying according to establishment’s safety & hygiene standard and Standard Operating Procedure. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify kitchen utensils cleaning requirements, carry out manual cleaning of kitchen utensils, carry out automation cleaning of kitchen utensils and perform work area & equipment housekeeping. The outcome of this competency is the ability to prepare hygienic kitchen utensils to be used for food preparation activities by complying with establishment’s safety & hygiene standard and Standard Operating Procedure. |
