Penerangan CUService Wares Cleaning & Sanitation describes the competency in maintaining cleanliness of service wares by cleaning, sanitising and drying according to establishment’s safety & hygiene standard and Standard Operating Procedure.
The competent person in this CU shall be able to identify service wares & utensils cleaning requirements, carry out manual cleaning of service wares & buffet equipment, carry out automation cleaning of service wares & buffet equipment and perform work area & equipment housekeeping.
The outcome of this competency is the ability to prepare hygienic service wares to be used for food & beverages service activities by complying with establishment’s safety & hygiene standard and Standard Operating Procedure

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare hygienic service wares to be used for food & beverages service activities by complying with establishment’s safety & hygiene standard and Standard Operating Procedure. Upon completion of this competency units, trainees will be able to:-

2. Carry out manual cleaning of service wares
