The competent person in this CU shall be able to identify cleaning equipment routine maintenance requirements, check stewarding cleaning equipment condition and carry out stewarding cleaning equipment washing and sanitation. The outcome of this competency is to maintain optimum level of cleaning equipment for serviceability and meet productivity requirements. |
