The competent person in this CU shall be able to identify silver equipment polishing requirements, carry out manual polishing of silver equipment, carry out automation polishing of silver equipment, carry out silver equipment maintenance and perform work area & equipment housekeeping. The outcome of this competency is to polish and maintain silver equipment as to enhance its condition and hygienic for usage. |
