Penerangan CUBuffet Equipment Setting Up & Closing describes the competency in preparing and arranging buffet equipment pre and post F&B services operations according to work instructions and establishment’s Standard Operating Procedure.
The competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare buffet equipment, set up buffet equipment, perform buffet equipment closing work and perform work area & equipment housekeeping.
The outcome of this competency is the ability to prepare and arrange buffet equipment for F&B services operations by complying with work instructions and establishment’s Standard Operating Procedure.
