Penerangan CU | Stewarding Waste Disposal Handling describes the competency in disposing kitchen & F&B services waste in accordance with Environmental Quality Act 1974, Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 & establishment’s Standard Operating Procedure. . The competent person in this CU shall be able to identify waste handling requirement, perform waste handling activities, mobilise waste to collection area and perform work area & equipment housekeeping. The outcome of this competency is the ability to handle kitchen & F&B services waste by complying with establishment’s waste management policy and related acts. |
