Safety and health has two general objectives, prevention of incidents or accidents that might result from abnormal operating conditions on the one hand and reduction of adverse effects that result from normal operating conditions on the other hand. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to follow workplace and crane safety procedures for hazard identification and risk control, contribute to arrangements for management of crane safety procedures and occupational health and safety and complete workplace and occupational health and safety records The outcome of this competency is to avoid any incident or accident and ensure that crane operator comply with OS&H requirement |
