| Penerangan CU | Standardization of methods and equipment results in the reduction of costs of operation. Therefore, maintenance, repair, storage and issue procedures can be simplified. Crane operations coordination CU describes the competency in monitoring and guiding the daily activities of material lifting operations and prioritizing work to be completed. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to produce crane operation work schedule, prepare crane resources planning, monitor crane operation, coordinate emergency response activity, verify crane post-operations activities and maintain stakeholders’ relationships. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that material handling operation are properly and efficiently planned and monitored in accordance with job requirement and company standard operating procedure. |
