Penerangan CU | Post Employment Process Implementation describes the competency in persuasion skills and to be knowledgeable about job market demands, retention strategies and provide alternative career paths for the employee’s consideration A competent person in Post Employment Process Implementation shall be able to manage employee's post employment affair, advice employer and employee on alternative plans, probe attrition cases and facilitate employee’s job transition. The outcome of this competency is to reduce turnover and fulfil the organisation’s retrenchment and retirement plan in accordance with organisation’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and policies in line with Malaysia's labour laws, policies and regulations. |
