| Penerangan CU | Rotary Drone Pre-Flight Preparation describes the knowhow of the technician to setup the equipment & devices before flying operation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to charge drone battery, format storage card, fixed drone propellers, check weather and environment condition, install drone sensors, record pre-flight log, setup Ground Control Station (GCS), check compass calibration, and locate take-off/ landing zone. The outcome of this CU is to enable the readiness of the rotary drone for flight operation as required by project brief. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency unit is to enable the readiness of the rotary drone for flight operation as required by project brief. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees shall be able to: 1. Charge drone battery. 2. Format storage card. 3. Fix drone propellers. 4. Check weather and environment conditions. 5. Install drone sensors. 6. Record pre-flight log. 7. Setup Ground Control Station(GCS). 8. Check compass calibration. 9. Locate take-off / landing zone. |
