| Penerangan CU | Building Concreting Work describes substance used for building, which is made by mixing together cement, sand, small stones, and water. It ensures that the mix will compactly fill all the interstices between the reinforcement rods as well as between the reinforcement rods and the formwork in order to achieve the required strength, impermeability to water, and frost resistance of the concrete. A competent person in this CU shall be able to perform foundation concreting, perform column concreting, perform beam concreting, perform slab concreting, perform wall concreting, and perform staircase concreting. The outcome of this competency is top grade and high quality concrete produced to ensure the structural integrity is intact in accordance with construction drawing. |
