| Penerangan CU | Computer Network Protocol Analysis describes the competency required to be able to manage, monitor and analyse computer network protocols, specifically the IP protocol suite, in a secure environment. The skills gained form an essential foundation to many activities surrounding network systems including securing environments and validating security mechanisms. He or She is the person to carry out computer network protocol analysis on identified networks and systems. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage IP network, plan IP addressing schemes & subnet masks, configure network settings on multiple vendor platforms, analyse secure communications and troubleshoot IP networks infrastructure. The outcome of this competency is to ensure computer network protocol analysis activities are carried out completely in accordance with organisational requirements and standard operating procedures. |
