| Penerangan CU | Network Service Analysis describes the competency required to be able to manage, monitor and analyse IT services, typically being accessed over a network, such as messaging and web services, to ensure that services and those parties accessing these services do so in a secure environment. The skills gained form an essential foundation to many activities surrounding network services including securing environments and validating security mechanisms. He or She is the person to carry out computer network service management & analysis on identified services and systems. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage IP network services, manage network security issues, implement procedures for hardening of services and troubleshoot IP network services. The outcome of this competency is to ensure computer network service analysis activities are carried out completely in accordance with organisational requirements and standard operating procedures. |
