Penerangan CUCustomer Needs & requirements Identification Coordination describes the competency in supervising a team of staff in assessing the latest customers’ wants from organization’s product or service using a specified data processing systems to support the management decision making process.

Understanding customer needs & requirements allows organization to build its business on a strong foundation of customer-centricity. This is not always simple. This competency is important in timely providing accurate customer needs & requirements development to support the management decision.

A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to monitor customer’s needs & requirements identification preparation, perform customer’s needs & requirements identification data collection coordination, perform customer needs & requirements identification coordination, perform customer needs & requirements identification data compilation coordination and communicate customer needs & requirements information changes.

The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure sufficient and accurate current customer needs & requirements development information timely supplied to support management decision making process in accordance with organization requirement.
