Penerangan CU | Customer Needs & requirements Identification describes the competency in assessing what is the latest customers’ wants from organization’s product or service using specified data processing systems to support the management decision making process. Understanding customer needs & requirements allows organization to build its business on a strong foundation of customer-centricity. This is not always simple. This competency is important in providing customer needs & requirements development to support the management decision. A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to determine organization customer needs & requirements identification necessity, collect customer’s needs & requirements identification data, identify customer needs & requirements, compile customer needs & requirements identification data and prepare customer needs & requirements information changes communication. The outcome of this competency unit is to provide enough and accurate current customer needs & requirements development information to support management decision making process in accordance with organization requirement. |
