The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform rope access emergency respond, perform rope access casualty management, perform rope access basic descending rescue, perform rope access basic lowering for rescue and perform rope access basic hauling for rescue. The outcome of this CU is to ensure all rescue operation are carried out safely without injuries or fatality as per standard operating procedures. |
