| Penerangan CU | HSE Supervision describes the competency in supervising HSE at worksite; ensuring the job being executed safely in compliance to all HSE requirements. To perform this competency unit, the person is required to demonstrate high degree of intolerance towards non-compliance and leadership skills. A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to review HSE document, monitor site HSE compliance, coordinate HSE audit finding close-out, monitor site housekeeping and implement HSE policy and regulations. The outcome of this competency unit is to be able to supervise worksite safe work practices and in compliance with the Statutory requirements. |
