Penerangan CU | Customer retention administration describes the competency in assisting the management to plan, organize, lead and control of customer retention functions as specified to achieve the business goals. Identifying and retaining targeted customer, is the most important activity for almost all business organization. This competency is important in ensuring the success of the activity. A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to perform customer retention administration planning, organize customer retention program, perform customer retention program implementation, perform customer retention program implementation control and administer customer retention program performance. The outcome of this competency unit is to provide a sufficient number of specified high value customer to stay long enough as a regular customer that generate a mutual benefits with the organization in accordance with organization requirement. |
