| Penerangan CU | Automotive Parts Removing & Assembling is a process to remove parts and assemble the parts together in vehicles. Importance of this competency is that the person able to perform parts removing and re-assembling of all that parts into a vehicle. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform vehicle body and vehicle parts inspection, remove Mechanical, Electrical and Trim (MET) parts, remove non-structural parts, refit non-structural parts and refit Mechanical, Electrical and Trim (MET) parts. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the removed parts and assembled part are fitted align within tolerance, gap, noise and vibration or calibration in accordance with job requirements. |
