The person incharge will responsible to monitor foundry operation to run smoothly ,based on what has been planned and to resolve all operation hurdles. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to check production schedule, plan foundry operation activities ,monitor preparation of line setup, monitor foundry operation activities, maintain safety, health and environment policy procedure, plan corrective action and process improvement implementation and produce operation performance report The outcome of this competency is to monitor foundry operation efficiency and maximum utilization of operation capacity and will covers main operation such as moulding and coremaking,melting and pouring,casting cleaning and finishing in accordance with Product Specification, Standard Operating Procedure and customer requirements, |
