| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skill, knowledge and attribute in Foundry Preventive Maintenance. The person incharge will responsible to monitor all production equipments to be well maintained and can be utilised for maximum output. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to analyse foundry and casting maintenance requirement , confirm tools and equipment ,manpower and budget for maintenance works ,plan foundry equipment and facilities maintenance, monitor foundry machineries and equipment maintenance works, manage foundry plant maintenance program, evaluate foundry plant machineries and equipment performance and report foundry plant maintenance activities The outcome of this competency is to assure all production equipment including attachment/accessories in good condition so that equipment could be optimum utilisation in accordance with machine manual Specification, Standard Operating Procedure and customer requirements, |
