The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to interpret project/business requirements, estimate project value, prepare documented project breakdown and master plan and propose the findings of project/business to top management for approval The outcome of this competency is to produce project/business master plan which comprises details of planning and strategy of the company together with other management team member in accordance with customer requirements and Standard Operating Procedure. |
