| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skill, knowledge and attribute in Foundry Operation Planning Management and the related personnel will responsible to manage foundry production planning activities systematically and production requirements are clearly described. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to review customer delivery order, check current company resources, capabilities and inventory status, develop master production plan, issue procurement instructions for materials requisition and monitor the production planning activities effectiveness. The outcome of this competency is to manage production planning activities by producing a master production plan to ensure customer’s requirements (quality, cost, delivery, morale and safety (QCDMS)) are met and fulfilled at optimum cost within company allocated budget in accordance with company Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set by the company. |
