| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skill, knowledge and attribute in Foundry Operation Management and the related personnel will responsible to manage all operation activities in foundry production plant based on the production planning and budgeted factory running cost. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to plan and organize operation activities, manage the implementation of operation management system, operational budget, handle technical and unsolved production problem by subordinates, monitor and report the performance of production operation to top management/ authorised parties in the company. The outcome of this competency is to ensure all production operations are running smoothly and controllable in order to produce targeted output within specific timeframe in accordance with Product Specification, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and customer requirements. |
