| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Welding Document Evaluation. He or she is responsible to verify and evaluate welding document identity arrange and verify welding document. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify welding document & evaluation approval requirement, plan welding document evaluation & approval activities, review Non -Destructive Testing (NDT) & Destructive Testing (DT) result, inspection check sheet, Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), determine causes of welding rejection and prepare status report of NDT or DT result. The outcome of this competency is to review and confirm welding documents in accordance with project requirement and quality manual. |
