The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to organise accommodation & storage area, conduct tool box briefing, prepare daily site progress report, monitor personnel discipline, carry out personnel appraisal and administer field supplies and site expenses. The outcome of this CU is provision of effective and efficient work activities in compliance with job specifications, workplace, clients’, safety and other relevant regulatory requirements. |
