Importance of this competency unit is that the person can perform anti-lock braking system (ABS) diagnostic onto the vehicle braking system to detect problems and faulty of the vehicle braking system. The competency includes setup diagnostic tool, operate diagnostic tool antilock braking system (ABS) and replace defect antilock braking system (ABS) components. The outcome of this competency is to detect malfunctions, defect in antilock braking system (ABS)and replace the defect the antilock braking system (ABS) components. |
