The competent person shall be able to identify production operation supervision requirements, plan workers utilisation, perform upkeep and maintenance activities supervision, perform collection & harvesting activities supervision, perform manuring activities supervision, evaluate workers competency level and prepare production operation report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that total production performance standard is in accordance with the organisation’s standard operating procedure (SOP). |
