| Penerangan CU | Apparel Production Standard Time Development and Improvement describes the competencies required to carry out time study on apparel production operations in order to develop new standard time or to improve on the current standard time. Time study is a work measurement technique consisting of careful time measurement, adjusted for any observed variance from the normal pace and allowing adequate time for personal needs, machine differences and contingency requirements. These measurements form the basis for the computation of production and delivery times, prices and incentive schemes. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to select apparel production operation for time study, take apparel production operation time measurement and rating, and define standard time The outcome of this competency is the establishment of apparel production standard time that will bring about increased productivity and profitability to the company. |
