| Penerangan CU | Apparel Production Line Balancing Development and Improvement describes the competencies required to establish pre-production line balancing and to improve existing line balancing for apparel production. Line Balancing refers to the levelling of the workload across all operations in a line according to skill level to reduce bottlenecks and excess capacity. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to establish, install and monitor pre-production line balancing and improve line balancing. The outcome of this competency is the establishment of production line balancing that will level the workload across all operations in a line to minimise work in progress (WIP) and achieve production target. |
