| Penerangan CU | Apparel Production Predetermined Time Standards (PTS) Study describes the competencies required to determine standard time based on PTS system. PTS is a work measurement technique whereby time established for basic human motions (classified to the nature of the motion and the conditions under which it is made) are used to build up the time for a job at a defined level of performance. In other words, PTS systems are techniques for synthesising operation times from standard time data for basic motions. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to select apparel production operation for PTS study, observe and record selected operation, and define, install and maintain standard time. The outcome of this competency is the establishment of apparel production standard time and improvements that will bring about increased productivity and profitability to the company. |
