Penerangan CU | Halal Poultry Slaughtering Practice describes the competencies in preparing, performing and verifying of Halal slaughtering A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare slaughtering section facilities, perform Halal poultry slaughtering, verify Halal poultry carcass slaughtering and handle non – conformance poultry carcass. The outcome of this competency is to ensure slaughtering of poultry is following the Islamic etiquette and in accordance with Al Quran and Sunnah, latest Malaysian Halal Standard 1500, Good Manufacturing Practice and Malaysian Protocol for the Halal Meat and Poultry Production requirement. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to understand and practice Halal poultry slaughter that is adhere to Islamic regulations. |
