| Penerangan CU | Marine project implementation is similar to any other project management activities where the main activities are project deliverables executed according to specification, budget, time frame and manpower requirement. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse marine project specification, plan marine project implementation activities, coordinate marine project implementation activities and evaluate marine project implementation activities in accordance with organization requirements and procedures. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the projects are implemented with the highest level of quality, no wastage of resources and project outcome meet the expectation specified. |
