| Penerangan CU | Forming Work Schedule Coordination describes the competency in coordinating work execution based on a pre-determined schedule and production requirements. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify production schedule, arrange input material requirements, manpower requirements, allocate machine for production, carry out pre-production initiation process and report work schedule coordination to superior. The outcome of this competency is to ensure production is executed in accordance with the work schedule and company procedures. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to possess knowledge of machine capability and supervisory skills . |
