| Penerangan CU | Equipment & Materials Inventory Control describes the competency in maintaining optimum inventory to be able to meet its requirements and avoid over or under inventory that can impact the production activities in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policy. A competent person in this CU shall be able to plan inventory control activities, organise stock take, analyse stock take finding, prepare inventory control findings and recommendations and approve equipment utilisation and materials consumption. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that items are available when they are needed and keeping track of existing inventory including its usage / utilisation and maintaining financial efficiency. |
