The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse operation and maintenance performance, propose operation optimization options and develop operation optimization plan. The outcome of this competency is to ensure LFGP operations comply with best management practices and that these operations are efficient and effective taking into account best available technology in each of the solutions proposed for any problems that arise in compliance with relevant legislation, standard and guideline. |
