The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to interpret operation optimization plan, coordinate improvement project contract document preparation, manage project tender activities, manage tender work progress, manage project improvement progress and review improvement project performance. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the design and specifications of LFGP improvement programme based on approved budget and comply with relevant legislation, standard and guideline. |
