| Penerangan CU | Sewage Sludge Desludging and Discharge Budget and Procurement describe the competency in preparing business plan and planning, managing budget effectively. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify operational cost, prepare business plan, prepare business operation budget and monitor budget utilisation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure budget utilisation with optimum within budget allocation and in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
