| Penerangan CU | Landfill Gas Plant Project Upgrading describes the competencies required to manage, analyse and plan the process of upgrading the current system and propose new area design for Landfill Gas Plant (LFGP) operations. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to gather information of existing condition, performance and specification data, study company and regulatory bodies’ requirement on upgrading works, coordinate upgrading contract document preparation, manage upgrading tender activities, manage upgrading work, verify upgrading claims and review project upgrading performance The outcome of this competency is to ensure that any changes in the landfill gas design meet current needs, objectives achieved and renovation design and construction specifications for a project to upgrade comply with the guideline of Landfill Gas Plant (LFGP). |
